this car is brasilian and related about Rino Malzoni Casella. I've found news about this car in the magazine "Classic cars" but unfortunately is in portogues and I'm not able to translate it and find its name  ???

yes, VW engined, 1969, built together by Casella and Rino Malzoni (Puma creator)

I  believe that the puzzle car is not Casella II but is actually Casella I, built by Rino Malzoni and Humberto Casella and based on a VW Karmann-Ghia chassis.  Other pictures of it are below, whilst the Casella II can be seen puzzled here:

The differences are fairly substantial around the rear and side (windows and intakes) but I don't know if the front was altered for Casella II as I haven't been able to find any front views!

I concur with Carnut that the original puzzle car is the Casella I from 1969, as the later II from 1972-73 had a number of differences, such as an updated front (I'll try and find a photo), VW Brasilia rear lights, and so on...
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.
