Ok, heres what I think I see.
Early 50s Chrysler Wheelcovers, Packard hood ornament, 40 Ford Headlight chrome, I think the lower grill element is from an early 50s Lincoln.
Is there a MOPAR under the skin?

I think the key to nailing what it's based on is to identify the A pillar/windshield area.

In that regard, it looks Cord-derived. But jotage21 doesn't reply to my guesses here, so somebody else will have to suggest it.  :D

with the other picture of puzzle Geraldo´s #112 which shot in the same setting.
