Sorry for the poor-quality image.  I don't know very much about this one, so if you can prove to me what it is, a minimum of a point might be yours.

Pics courtesy of the car's designer (originally published on his personal site). Hope he wouldn't be against such a humble 'popularisation'.

From what I could understand in French, the project has started in 1969. The frame was self-designed, Renault 8 engine was put behind the driver within a wheelbase. Own designed body (well, that was obvious, I know :) ) with Panhard 24CT windscreen. Renault 16 radiator was used.
