Looks like some kind of French microcar to me, but not a production type, rather a one-off.

It is a microcar that was intended for series production, but it is not French!

(BTW; welcome to AutoPuzzles Wendax.  Are you based in Germany or Belgium?  If it's the latter, then what took you so long to discover this amazing website?!)

Thank You for the warm welcome. I'm from Germany, and I have just discovered AutoPuzzles. I'm quite fascinated by the high level of the puzzles and by the fact, that I recognised some well-known names like Pal Negyesi (whose KTUD archive I've been knowing for years) or Hugo90 (whose car-related pictures in flickr are always interesting).

Back to the Mystery Car. If it is not french, it must be Italian, or am I wrong again?

Could this be a prototype for the stillborn Biscuter 2000 from Spain ??

In fact, it is the only information I have about that... There is another picture of a "convertible" version, but I don't know where I've seen it.

I remember reading that the Biscuter 2000 project was soon cancelled, because all calculations were wrong... Yet, in the microcar world, we do not stop for so little !!  ;D

From what I understand, the project car had gullwing doors, with these removed you had a T-bar convertible.
