I've found a picture of this exact car where it was identified as Artes Guepardo as far as I could understand. It looks different from Artes, but I thought it could have been some kind of modification or so.

Well, let's keep trying

P.S. Does it have Bultaco engine?

Although it looks like an Artes, it is not an Artes. It is powered by a Bultaco engine though, which does narrow down ther choices.

I've got some poor-quality B&W photos with a slightly different look for the Tapias as well, so I will scan these in soon and upload them.
