I found some information about a guy who had a Countach replica that fell of his transporter and fell in its top.  Since the rest of the car was in pretty good shape, he decided he would cut the top off and make it into a Spider.  It looks nearly identical to the car you posted.  No word on what kind of replica it was initially, but here it is:

This its the

1992 Schieb Countach Cabrio

A replica which could be ordered with engines out of the Audi 100 and 200 - and with a 5.7 litre Mercedes engine.
