Yes, it is the VW Polo Van, in Germany called Polo Stadtlieferwagen.
I wasn't sure how correctly spell Stadtlieferwagen; hence Van!
Is #1 small and French?

I'm struggling with this one now as all I can find for the RJ is UT and UL, so if it's not U, I will take a guess that it is C.
