Yes, it's Chris Amon at Le Mans but not 1971 - earlier than that.

Tackitt has just sent me the correct answer by PM as we had a problem posting this morning.
So an extra point for him.

The answer is John Wolfe's Porsche 917 accident at Le Mans in 1969 where he was sadly killed. He wasn't wearing seat belts at the time and was also not an experienced driver of the 917. Chris Amon's Ferrari was caught up in the accident and he is seen walking away from the scene.
