#6 is the mid-engined Porsche 356B Carrera S from 1961, built in Kaiserslautern.
It was raced in 1963 as the Porsche Special GT and now sits in Porsche's own museum collection.

I only found your picture once on the 'Net, on a Porsche 911 site.
The caption to the picture reads:
