Not that one.

While not technically a 'car song', the puzzle song mentions a mode of transportation which correlates (loosely) with one of the pictures.

No

Each of the songs has something to do with car, another form of transportation, or traveling in a vehicle

Not that song.

Picture 10 has already been matched with another song.

Sorry to be a pain, but I'm confused.

Apologies if I've got it wrong, but something seems to have gone adrift. In the results listing on the first page Marshall Crenshaw (G) is linked with On the Run (6), but as far as I can see Song 6 has not been identified anywhere in the puzzle yet.

Amsterdam first mentioned On the Run in Reply #22, suggesting it was Song 8. Reply #23 said it was the right song but wrong picture. He then suggested Song 11 in Reply #24, rejected in #27. He then suggested Song 1 in Reply #31, which was said the be correct in #32.

But now it seem that Song 1 is Wheels.

The confusion seems to have started around Reply #30, and come to a head in #41, where the two quotes are actually talking about different pairings - pnegyesi about the Flying Burrito Brothers and Wheels, and Amsterdam about Marshall Crenshaw and On the Run.

At least I think that's what's happened. ???

:P I see now you are right Tom. Wheels is now #1 and On the Run is #6 while it was guessed the other way arround.

You're right. So, from here on, I will only say "yes" or "no" to those guesses that call out the letter or number of the picture, and the artist or song the guesser believes goes with the picture. Follow up questions such as "OK, how about (name of song)?" will be rejected as incomplete.

The matching song is most probably Let's Go Riding In the Car which could be No11

It's not part of this puzzle, but I can't resist this. From a forum discussion on songs, related to cars:

Did he became a producer?
