Built from 1960 till 1963.

Testarossa in the background seems to wear dutch numberplates and there is a Alfa Romeo Ondine 1962 for sale in the Netherlands. So I suppose 1962.

All those efforts for one point?

In Italy, Alfa Romeo built the Dauphine Alfa Romeo under license between 1959 and 1964 in Portello, Milan. Differences with the French model are: electricity (Magneti-Marelli) 12 Volts, special lights, and the logo "Dauphine Alfa Romeo" or "Ondine Alfa Romeo".

I think with these early rectangular flashers it must be an Alfa Romeo Dauphine rather than an Ondine.
