As for 15. This one is a kind of mystery to me too, as I have doubts about the source wich is also no longer on line. $:-\$
The name on the badge is indeed ROMA from Rome so I will give you the point.

It was sold on an auction site where they claimed it to be a ROMA radiator badge of a 1908 truck built by a Riccardo Memmo

But I cannot find any cofirmation if he used this as a companylogo or that it was just put on the truck as a Rome city badge.
Who knows for sure?
