I'd say it was someone who tried to use it normally and found that the front wheels fouled the bodywork on full lock and that you couldn't change a rear wheel as the high lift required could not be achieved using the jack supplied.

Still a shame, it really ruins the lines in my opinion. Also a shame this didn't make it to the experts!
