1927 Czech bodied Packard?
Not that.
Coachwork isn't Czech but it is European.

A clue - the company changed it's name in 1927

Yes it's a 1927 Paige although I had the date as 1928 when it would have changed to Graham-Paige.
Any thoughts on the coachbuilder?

Graham Paige 6-45 bodied by Sprengers from Antwerp, Belgium. This body was described by Auto-Carrosserie as a racing car.
