It's a BRA P-Type, based on MGB mechanicals.
It was in production first from 1985-92 then was resurrected in 1995 but I'm not sure until when..

BRA has no relation to any items of ladies' attire, but stands for Beribo Replica Automobiles, a Yorkshire company which also turned out very good AC Cobra kits, including an excellent 289 whilst nearly all Cobra replicas are 427-lookalikes.  They are generally regarded as some of the highest quality kits around.
