I've seen it somewhere before, but I just can't find it. Is it German?

Perhaps a wild guess but it looks similar to a Fulmina Typ 16/50 PS Tourer c.1920?

I know where to find it, the only problem is that book is currently 400 km from me :/
It's not denial, I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

It was in the 2nd book I flipped through

Der Deutsche Einheitswagen - a touring car by Josef Vollmer for the Carl Rüttger Motorplug and Automobilwerke in Berlin. Made in 1920 in small series

:faint: Well done, well done!

As far as I know only a few prototypes were built and a production never started.

I´m quite sure I´ve seen this ad decades ago (well, max. 3 of them... :D).

I really wonder where I could find some more information, because the car´s "modern" front end styling stands out of its contemporary competitors.

I took the puzzle pic from an Oldtimer Markt magazine, but I don't know the issue..

I would seriously bet that the original picture resides at the archive of the Verkehrsmuseum Dresden. You should contact them for further info

Wasn't it simply called the Ruettger, that was called the German Unity Car (something Vollmer did before, no? Wasn't he who coined Das deutsche Volks Auto?) more of a description of the car, like Hatchback or Saloon?
