OK here is what I think I see ........ Rear fender appears to be motorcycle-esque with "old style" H/D tomb stone tailight.
Fuel tank with double caps ........ also H/D motorcycle.
VW front wheels.
Any of this right?
Is there a motorcycle connection?

Yes, it definetly has a motorcycle connection.
All I have is the donor and size of the engine, the name of the builder, the year and how quick it approx. run.

I found it 2 places on FLICKR, there are a whole series of pictures of this motorcycle-car.
Built in the early 60s by Ed Hanke, using a Harley Trike frame.
Attached is a rear view with those "tombstone" tail lights ........ Very Harley! 8)
