No, it's correct of course!  :D

After having a look at my Fleischer book, I can add that Fritz Fleischer built this one for his personal use. It featured a Opel six-cylinder engine. That must have been horrible to drive with such a heavy engine behind the rear axle. He sold it after a short time due to the high petrol consumption.

So, only the chassis came from Mercedes-Benz?

If you define chassis as the amount of steel, rubber and mechanics that remains if you take the body and the engine away: yes.
