Is this a 1927 Nairn Safeway Coach (American Motor Body Co. six wheel chasis) called ‘The Babylon’ by King Faisal?

Yes, that is the correct answer. :)1925-1927 Norman Nairn 6 wheel bus model 64 Safeway Saloon coach by: American motor Body company/the six wheel company of Philadelphia. It was over 7 tons displacement.
