I know what brand the attached car is, do you? For one point, please name the make and the town/country it was made.

Not German (there is one component that is German, though)

Not really, no... But at the time it was considered part of it.

So it is a threewheeler, built in the Dutch Indies, let's say in Batavia, with a German DKW engine. Am I right so far?

Demmo from Netherlands
Apart from one word in that comment, I think he's got it as the photo he posted is the same, the town in which it was built is named and we all know where it was/is now, as Wendax spotted. ;D

The Wendax post is absolutely right.
It has a NSU engine and it's from Batavia.
And the point must be Wendax's

Actually it says Soerabaia which is not Batavia (now known as Jakarta)
It's still called Surabaya (former Dutch spelling Soerabaia or Surabaja)

I guess (Sure) that I messed it up. Let me resume.
Wendax posted DKW engine and some city called Batavia. I agreed because the Technical Bureau is in that city.
I posted the picture to show all details.
And as Allan L. posted is from Soerabaja. Both cities and others mentioned in the pictures are in The Netherlands.
So as I posted: Demmo from The Netherlands   ;D

Sorry to correct you. Batavia, now Djakarta, and Surabaya are the two largest cities in Indonesia, former Dutch colony.
BTW, I don't think I deserve the point as I didn't find out the make.

Yes I didn't realise that wasn't common knowledge! Anyone who looks Batavia up on Google would think it is in Illinois in the USofA!
Similarly the towns in the agents' addresses (above) are all in the former Dutch East Indies, now Indonesia, and many still have the same names.

Sorry guys, I was in the middle of a move (still am) so I didn't check.

It is the Demmo and at the time Indonesia was a Dutch colony. Interestingly, nobody actually named the name of the colony. Apparently, everything was made locally, which I think makes it particularly interesting (except for the engine, which is indeed DKW.

Dutch East Indies (Nederlands-Indië in Dutch)

Interesting, not sure how to solve this. I mean the main thing I was looking for was Demmo. Once you got the car, you have the location. Having said that, I thought we normally write a colony here as a country, like here: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=13760.0. I think it is hairsplitting at this stage, so I will give 2 points. One for Oguerrerob and one for one for Wendax for mentioning the country twice :P
