Your second photo showing the car as No. 91 is I believe the car driven by Heini Walter (CH) at the Bergrennen St. Ursanne - Les Rangiers on 28 August 1967. The car is described as a Ferrari 250 LMP.

Here is another photo of the same car at the Bergrennen Turckheim - Trois Epis on 25 June 1967.
It appears that the car is a mixture of the Porsche Carrera 6 and a Ferrari 250 LM.
