The oceans of the world were the home of big blue
He was the greatest monster that the world ever knew
And the place that he loved best
Was the waters to the west
Around the blue pacific he did roam
You wanna be the man, you gotta Name That Car!

Is it a student project of the university of applied sciences of that city in the background?

It is the People Mover, a project of HAW Hamburg and TU Berlin. It is a concept van for public transport in the outskirts of big cities. Diploma work of Mr. Peter and Mr. Vlachos.

Well done!  :)

It wasn't that smart to leave the background as it is.  :-\

In my childhood I lived near Hamburg harbour and from our living room window we had a look onto the Michel, the church at the right. I guess I would have recognized any building on that photo.  ;D
