Kincraft it is. I believe it's carrying a body from a March.

Only three to go now - outstanding as some of these were quite difficult.

The last three clues now -

#250-5 - Three letters, the first two refer to the type of car and the last refers to it's make of engine. The car is Australian and the last letter is K.

#250-10 - This car is not very obscure, shares its name with a large lake in North America although it is European.

#250-16 - It's French and is based on a car beginning with the letter S.

#5 is Bill Norman's GEK Sports (Ground Effect Kawasaki)

The unique car is constantly under construction is made completely from recycled materials, except for the specialised Avon tyres which are imported from the United Kingdom.

I'm struggling to find any information about #16, other that it is a Simca Huit Barquette (now). I've seen the name 'Barthe' connected to it, is this the answer?

Edit: Seems that might be right - Simca 8 Barqutte constructed in 1951 in Bordeaux by Simca concessionnaire  Lucien Barthe
