It is the first version of the Citroen Eco 2000 with the code SA103. It was presented in March 1982. It featured a body made of Epoxy on a tubular frame. The engine, a water-cooled two-cylinder Boxer engine of 704 cc and 25.5 hp, drove the rear wheels.
