Is it connected to the aborted Bulgari project?

Is it the Tom Tjaarda design proposal for Bulgari?

As far as I know Tjaarda didn't play a role in this project.

OK.  This is the car that was designed and developed by Lotus in 1989-91.

I'm struggling to recall the exact proposed name of the Bulgari car that was brain child/dream of Gianni Bulgari and got built to prototyoe-only stage in 1990 (called GB1 from memory, with a nice winged GB badge on the front hood/bonnet), and the project wa briefly known as 'Enigma.'

The car had an unusual patented seating system (patent number B60N1/00) with three sets in the front in a V-formation and a central steering wheel, plus two conventional folding seats at the rear.  Is this enough, or do you still need more?

Yes that's indeed enough for a point! According to my source it was equipped with an Opel 16V engine.

Here's the whole article:

As far as I know Nicosia did the design for the red car only.
