Right hand drive suggests a Commonwealth country. Unlikely to be the UK as the sun never shines long enough for anyone to risk going out with no doors or roof... Somewhere like Australia?

Could this be the REVE (Recreational Electric Vehilce), put together by an ex-Diva team of enginers, at the request of the Greek gentleman John Goulandris, the guy who later became associated with Enfield?

I know I'm almost there with this one, but sadly I think i will have to admit defeat on this one, as all of the information I have and know was contained in my original answer. 

I know about the pre-Enfield 8000 electric car link, that Diva and Greek connections, and the fact that the REVE helped pave the way for the later Enfield Bikini, but I can't find out anything more on the REVE itself, apart from it being electric, and built on the Isle of Wight, England.  Shame!

Well, I don't know what was the name of the car given to it by its creators, but it's a moke-like version of the Enfield 8000, planned to be sold under the name Olympic Enfield.

Correct! It was usually only called the 'summer version' of the Enfield 8000.

Believe me, I didn't use Google, as I find the good old fashioned printed word in books and magazines is usually a more reliable source of information.  Certainly in print this car was more commonly known as the REVE., and sometimes the Enfield Bikini as I'd already mentioned.  I've learned something now though, as I've never seen it refered to as either the Enfield Olympic or 'summer version'!
