It's a bitsa! In other words, it's an amalgam of parts form multiple sources.

Finally I found the source of the rear emblem: it is from a 1958 Dodge Super D500 Custom Royal.
The front ornament between hood and windscreen could be from a early Fifties Buick, but also can be an aftermarket item.
