In this case I only know the name of the make and the year it was presented.

I think this one was just called the Subaru Sports and came in 360 and 450 versions.

Yes, that's the name I have for it, but wasn't sure if there was any additional designation.

Found another picture of this very interesting car:

Height    1.220mm
Width   1.380mm
Weight    400kg
Max speed    120km/h
Max power   25hp

Only two were built for the 8th Tokyo Motor Show. One of them probably still exists...

More than two of these were built and there was a clear production intention but details are very sketchy and different sources contradictory. From what I can gather they were to be called 450 Sports (using the Maia 423cc power unit) and the 360 Sports, using the regular Subaru 360 engine. Later prototypes had a less claustrophobic hood arrangement with larger side windows and slimmed down bumperettes. There seems to be little activity with this model after 1962.
