Hi, I like to add some informationon this issue:
OSI launched this car at the Salone Torino in 1963. The official name was OSI 1200 S Spider - it was the first car that was sold by OSI under its own name. Later they added OSI 1200 Spider, as the "1200" and the 1200 S" had different carbs and horsepower. At 1964 Salone OSI launched the OSI 1200 Coupè together with the Neckar St Trop models. These cars are identical, the only difference is the name and some badges, as Neckar was the distribution partner for Fiat based OSI cars sold outside of Italy. All names like St Tropez or Saint Tropez are no official names for these cars. There is one exception, that is made in the dutch brochure. They call the car Neckar 1200 OSI. To make a conclusion: as long as a Spider or Coupè of this type wears a Fiat badge it is either a "OSI 1200 S" or a "OSI 1200". When it wears a Neckar badge it is a 1200 St Trop.
