I think the correct name was Mako P. The man behind Mako was Gerd Knözinger from Cologne-Rösrath, Germany. There were also Ford Capri V8 conversions by him.

It was indeed the "MAKO P", built by MAKO Automobile GmbH Lohmar/Köln
Max speed: 230km/h, prices in 1979 from 49.900.- -56.900.-
