Gentlemen... I know it's not my puzzle, but this kind of locking really makes me a little nervous.
Wrong car, but right country. (he didn't ask for that)

Does this really justify a lock?

(please don't get me wrong I'm not envy any of Pal points — it's only something to think about..)

To my best knowledge this has been a license built model of a french automobile and had been produced at least between 1900 and 1902.
