Ok, no one recognized it.It was not hard to find out that Bianchi built a prototype called Aurelia in 1949.It was known as V-03 and had a 4-cylinder, 1.4cc and 125hp engine.An easy Expert point is gone.Moved & merged

Anyway, thanks for the image !
