Commer Superpoise ?

A very close relative, indeed. Locked for you for 24 hours.

I knew this was not gonna be that easy. That split grill is bothering me, haven't seen such in any Commers. Maybe this is a Fargo?

Not a Fargo. This builder's name is a misspelled variation of what this is functionally all about.

S15 ? Non-COE Karrier's are very rare it seems. Not much info around.

Know what? Getting the non-standard builder of this truck was worth a point. The permutations of this brand, like many others, are numerous and trivial. If somebody knows the model designation, I'll consider adding another point, but I'm moving this one to solved.

Nice work, Raul1983, in identifying this Karrier truck from 1952. Un-retouched picture below.

It is a 1952 Karrier KT222. It is essentially a Commer T222, but the New Zealand distributor changed some of the trim and the badges.

I think it's a 1952 Karrier KT222.

It says on my source it's something of a New Zealand distributor, but really many Commer/Karrier models were just badge engineered things anyway.

Edit: Wendax beat me to it...

Yes, both names were extensively used in the UK.
I remember as a lad the badge above the grille would often say"Commer-Karrier" so you even got both names on one lorry..
