Ok then it will be Based on a front wheel drive car with the power plant moved to the back.
I would guess ford power probably from a mondeo or focus.
Obviously British photo looks like any anonymous business park in the uk...

Wolf Sportscars is correct.
Its tentative name, by the way, is K9
It's based on a Ford Cougar but with a mid-mounted engine
