it is a Deutsch Bonnet GT, 1949, body by Antem.

The Deutsch Bonnet GT is based upon a Citroen 11 CV (Traction Avant). The lady next to the car is the wife of Charles Deutsch. Both of them can be seen on the bottom picture.
