1906 Jonathan Maxwell race car. Built for the Vanderbilt Cup. Flat 12 cylinder..composed of 6 twin cylinders. Failed in the Vanderbilt Cup, entered for another race in 1908, but race was cancelled..the car disappeared after that.

That's the one, built by the Maxwell-Briscoe Company for the 1906 Vanderbilt Cup. From what I can gather it wasn't completed in time for the elimination trials, and didn't compete at all.
