Those of you who have been paying attention might be able to figure out what this is without much effort! I want full details of it though, name, year, who built it etc (I believe it was built though I have no photos of it)

Not a single guess? I actually gave away the answer to this on a previous puzzle (not one of mine)!

Ah yes, the Cochrane Special, built by W.A. Cochrane of West Hampstead, London between 1933 and 1935.
Very little information is known about this three-wheeler except that it was constructed on a specially designed three-wheeler chassis, lightweight aluminium body and was designated chassis number one.

Mr. Cochrane then went on to build a four-wheeled sports car in 1954 - chassis number two - that I believe has been restored in the 1990s and was completed in 1998.

That's it yes!

I don't suppose you have any images of the later car do you? Or would you prefer to save it for a future puzzle?

I have found a few images of the 1954 car but they aren't very good.
I haven't been completely through my library yet (that may take some time!) but I will keep the second car for a near future puzzle I think.....
