Wolseley-Viper with a V8 Hispano-Suiza aeroplane engine at Brooklands c.1922.
Apparently it had a Napier chassis.
Driver I'm uncertain about but probably Capt. A.G. Miller.
Passenger unknown at the moment.

Right on all counts. I suspect the dog-man passenger shall remain unnamed. In this second pic, he's either been replaced, or he's morphed back to human form.
