Peregrine? Or did this just use a Peregrine shell and go under a different name....? I'm searching the dark recesses of my memory for this but to no avail....

I believe this is the Triton built by David Thomas-Webb in 1963. It had a Falcon body, a round-tube spaceframe chassis and a bespoke 1580cc variation of the BMC 'B-series' engine. The rights to the project were later sold to a Surrey businessman, and apparently two more chassis were laid down but I'm not sure if they were ever turned into actual cars.

It is indeed the Triton, yes.
I don't have my files with me so will only be able to verify all your other info tomorrow, until which time this puzzle is locked.
Hopefully then I will be able to give you your point and moved the puzzle to Solved.

That's just about what I have too except that it was built by David Johnson-Webb (rather than Thomas-Webb) but we won't nit-pick!

1 point for you.
