I have it as 1935, but that's close enough!
It's one of the Jawa 750s built for the 1000 mil Československých/ 1000 miles of Czechoslovakia race. This car had appeared on Autopuzzles before but listed as a 1939 Rallye Monte Carlo car.... I'm no expert but I believe that my solution is correct.
I'll leave it up to the mods how (or if) they want to merge this puzzle

It is right that it is Czech and that it is a Jawa, the rest isn't.
The puzzle car is one of three Jawa 750 coupes built for the 1935 Czech 1000 Miles race. The picture was taken at the 25th Prague Autosalon in October 1935.
