From Georgano's book:

PHENIX (F) 1910
Carrosserie Phénix, Levallois-Perret, Seine

Built a most unusual coupe with a half-moon profile, the windscreen and rear window being equal in curvature, on a 1910 Delahaye Type 32 chassis.
