It's the orinigal prototype of the Fraser GT, also known as the Killeen K9 or Killeen Monocoque, as it was originally designed by Tom Killeen.   Although another one was built with gull-wing doors I believe it got no further.

It is Hillman Imp powered.

Apparently the racing car was restored in 2002 by Bob Allan.
