I guess you're talking about the right car, though the project was launched a year earlier!

Ha ! Here it is : the FNM 2000 JK Pinar (Pioneiro da Indústria Nacional de Automóveis Reunidas)
It is considered to be the first brazilian hand-made car.

I believe it´s just FNM Pinar,a 2000 JK in 1951 sounds strange

Getúlio Vargas was the president that year too,not Juscelino Kubitschek (JK).

You are probably right. The Blog dos Antigos describes it as belonging to "carros com mecânica FNM 2000 JK" but the Maxicar site, to which it refers, just describes it as Pinar. The photograph which led me to this car was showing Getúlio Vargas visiting the FNM plant in 1951.
