I'm guessing British, mid-late '70's and based on a Triumph TR7or 8, judging from the doorhandles.  Am I close?

It has a kind of kit car look about it, though...is it a Puma from Brazil?

You were very close with your first instinct. It's Brazilian alright. Very noble of name too.

Miura Saga 1800, circa 1985. 1.8l VW powered.

Searching for a car in old solved puzzles, I find this old one, that has the wrong answer: itīs not the Miura Saga, but the Miura Targa.
