This reminds me of a really early Porsche, but I don't suppose that's actually what it is.

This car is also known as the Glöckler-Porsche Nr. 4 or as the Glöckler-Porsche 1500 with Porsche 356 chassis, while Nr. 3 had a tubular chassis: https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2017-46/wendax-3523/
