Hi, it's a Nimbus, a Mini-based mid-engined British kit car, variously made by McLean and Custom Moulds of Andover.

It's a Nimbus Projects Nimbus. Notable features included the use of Kevlar and balsa in its construction. When Nimbus Projects failed, their body contractor, Custom Moulds, took over construction.
