What's this, by whom and when -  for 1 point.

And before the choruses of "re-post" it has not appeared as its own puzzle before, though a small section of it has appeared in a group puzzle years ago!

No worries mate...the rear lights and the ridge along the boot edge look similar but if I'm honest it was a punt in the hope you'd provide a clue.......would never have got the right answer :-[
