Either the driver was sitting far behind the wind-shield or he had a big problem on crossings..

Either the driver was sitting far behind the wind-shield or he had a big problem on crossings..

I suspect that's the rear-end, despite what look like headlights there..

Could it be 1951 Fageol F32F Twin Coach Convertible bus, built for evacuation from nuclear attacks (convertible into an ambulance). Bus was built by Twin Coach Company of Kent, Ohio. Before it was complete?
