Thank you Otto, I would like to search for further details but these days I can only make blind guesses and with the BLM logo cleary visible on the pic it was my 1st idea.
You can unlock if you please, but I'll look for more. ;)

I presume it is unlocked now...

LP of Harry Mortimer conducting the famous Morris Motors Concert Band. The ensemble was founded in 1924 and -according to the blurb on the back of the LP- was one of the leading and internationally recognized orchestras. All members worked in Morris’ Cowley factory near Oxford.
