It is the AMC Javelin used in the "Astro Spiral" stunt of James Bond 007 "The man with the golden gun" fame. The guy is Bill Milliken.

That was a Hornet, Wendax...(in the movie anyway)

I know that the movie stunt was performed with a Hornet, but besides that the Javelin was used for it, too.
